BUDERIM FALLS
Buderim Falls, also called Serenity Falls, is located within 45 hectares of the Buderim Forest Park. Access to the waterfall is via by one of two paths: Harry’s Lane off Lindsey Road, which will take you to the bottom of the falls; or Quorn Close, which leads to an arch bridge that overlooks the falls from above. Both vary by way of distance and incline.
From Harry’s Lane there is a beautiful 600m long boardwalk that carves a scenic path through the Sub-tropical rainforest – this path is stroller and wheelchair accessible and well worth exploring. Partway to the falls, this boardwalk ends and to reach the waterfalls you’ll need to continue along a more rugged path over rocks and the banks fo the Martin Creek. (This section isn’t stroller/wheelchair friendly.)
The Quorn Close entry is not suitable for strollers or wheelchairs as the 350m bush track leads directly down to the top of the waterfall and is quite steep with numerous stairs on the path.
Both families and couples alike will enjoy this waterfall. If you want to make a day of it and pack a picnic, you’ll find barbecue facilities, picnic tables and toilets at both the Lindsay Road and Quorn Close entrances.

There are plenty of spots to enjoy a leisurely picnic on the banks of the Obi Obi Creek as you listen to the water bubbling along the creek and over rocks. Pack an esky with your favourite goodies from the Sunshine Coast and enjoy a relaxed day out.
While you’re in Maleny you might like to book in for a Maleny Dairy farm tour, stop in at Maleny Cheese or perhaps treat the family to an award winning artisan sorbet or gelato at Maleny Food Co.

Located on the traditional land of the Gubbi Gubbi people in Kondalilla National Park. Its name, which means ‘rushing water’ in the local Aboriginal language, reflects exactly what you can expect from the falls during the summer wet season!

From Kondalilla Falls car park walk 100-metres downhill (with steps) to a large grassed picnic area with barbecues, picnic tables and toilets. Follow the Picnic Creek circuit, walking through rainforest and open forest to a rock pool at the top of the falls. Continue on the Kondalilla Falls circuit, descending into lush rainforest as you walk down to the valley for an impressive waterfall view at the base of the falls.
